A lavinia deck under 40$

It lacks many traditional stax pieces due to price but it should still be able to police the board until it can drop knowledge pool/omen machine and win.

Every card either stops opponents from killing you or slows the table down. With plenty of flash creatures and counterspells you can wait for the right moment to play your cards.

As far as surviving, you should wait to drop most annoying cards. Play them and then board wipe before they can swing in retalliation.

T2 Lavinia shuts down mana rocks for the first few turns and the re-cast should be able to lock down the game.

Storm Cauldron shuts down non-creatures with lavinia but hurts us a lot and shuts down the counterspell strategy.
