Let's be honest, mono-white is rough in commander. We take a stab at a couple mono-white decks in the below linked episode of the Legendary Creature Podcast.

To be clear, white does do some things very effectively. It has some of your best removal, in that it can exile things for cheap. It also has a lot of effective hate bears tools. It lacks in effective ramp and card draw. To make matters worse it is limited in win conditions too.

I love using white, but for all my hate of it in a mono-color condition, here is Heliod.

I'm typically a player that likes to play for value or cheat stuff in. I'm not usually a combo-y engine kind of guy. However, what I'm finding with white is that you have to find combos. The major combo that I want to take advantage of is Heliod with Skybind. Using Heliod's activated ability triggers constellation on Skybind. This can be taken advantage of to clear attackers if someone is threatening you with big damage, or to abuse my own enter the battlefield triggers.

To replicate some of this effect I've splashed in a good amount of flicker type effects. There is also white recursion in the deck to protect some of the game plan that needs to stay in play.

Ultimately, the best way to win is to assemble a small army of Heliod's clerics and get the Mirror Entity into action.
