A version of jhoira the weatherlight captain cheerios that uses altar of the brood for an near-infinite cycle of milling. this deck is highly susceptible to disruption and tries to combo off turn 2-4. it is a risky strategy with a lot to go wrong and very expensive. Like any other cheerios deck, this deck runs more then half of zero-costing and pseudo-zero costing artifacts such as prism pentad, basalt monolith, artifact affinity cards, chrome mox, mox opal etc. (As an aside, mox tantalite and other similar suspend artifacts are avoided along with chalice of the void, for obvious reasons.)

A previous version of this deck had an alternative win-con of Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + Walking Ballista but this required four or less mana rocks to establish.
