What I think of every time someone plays Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord:

"It can only be Jaraaad!"

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord allows you to pay and sacrifice another creature, then do damage to each of your opponents equal to the sacrificed creature's power. That's Jarad!

Thus, this deck is full of creatures that have high power and (relatively) low casting cost. Many of these creatures are X/X creatures, where their power is equal to either the number of your lands or creatures in your or all players' graveyards.

Secondarily, since the main plan of the deck is to sacrifice creatures, there are several creatures and enchantments that give you tokens, life, counters, or cards when a creature you control dies. Butcher of Malakir even makes opponents sacrifice a creature each time you sacrifice one of yours. Blood Artist and others give you a little life drain too.

Jarad also gets +1/+1 for each creature in your graveyard. Thus, if you happen to have Rogue's Passage or Whispersilk Cloak in play, you can go for the KO with commander damage. This also gives you a little insurance against life gain decks. If you take out your other opponents with the primary sac + burn strategy, you should have plenty of creatures in your graveyard to finish off your one opponent who still has 50 life with commander damage.

There is also a decent amount of ramp, removal, and protection. Rhonas's Monument is particularly good because it gives a creature +2/+2 and trample every time you cast a creature. Thus, you can use it to increase the damage from sacrificing a creature.

I think this deck should be a lot of fun and even a winner from time to time. And I'm really happy with the low price. It could only be Jaraaaad!

At that price, you could probably convince yourself to pay an extra $7 and add Hatred to the deck, which is a game ender as long as your life plus the base power of the creature you boost is more than your highest opponent's. Props to StoveX1 for that suggestion.
