A long time ago when I first started playing EDH, I made an Isperia the Inscrutable deck that was too complicated to be good.

This list is much more refined, because in the time since that firat deck we've not only been introduces to great flyer tech, but I've also done enough backlogging through Magic's weirdest to find some nice pieces of tech for help in triggering Isperia and understanding my oppenent's potential plays.

Between knowing my opponent's next moves and access to some goofy Blink engines, this Isperia design has proved to be a simple-yet-basic deck for matchups against new players and more experienced ones alike.
