I wanna do some kicking!

This is my janky budget brew with Hallar, the Firefletcher. This deck aims to build Hallar up with +1/+1 counters as early in the game as possible then burn opponents out by getting damage triggers off of Hallar's ability. While there are plenty of kicker spells in red and green, they aren't the most efficient way of putting counters on Hallar which is why this deck uses a number of other cards to get counters. once Hallar has enough counters it's time to start kicking.
