Blink creatures with impactful ETB effects while restricting your Opponents. As simple as that.

Control Tools

Rule of Law and Arcane Laboratory both allow players to only cast 1 spell each turn. Since the deck contains a large variety of ability-based blinking, those cards put you at an advange, abusing powerful ETB effects several times each turn plus casting your spell.

Dovescape disables all non-creature spells, while Lavinia of the Tenth + blink prevents the bird tokens from doing anything.

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade disables a lot of your opponents' value engines.

Dream Tides and Fatespinner restrict your opponents even more.

Use Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer to deal with creatures without relying on ETB triggers.

Martial Law helps you detain creatures outside of Lavinia's CMC 4 or less range.

Dovin Baan disables activated abilites and one he reaches 7 loyalty you can get an emblem with restricts your opponents heavily. Keep in mind though that the mana they have open at the time you -7 Dovin will likely stay open and your opponents will try to save up as many resources as they can for one hard swing at you.

Combos and Wincons

AEthersnipe and Mulldrifter can be cast for their evoke cost and can then be blinked in response to the sacrifice trigger, re-entering the battlefield as creatures while triggering their ETB effect.

As an alternative Win Condition, this deck runs Azor's Elocutors. Set up an Arcane Laboratory and a Dovescape, keep blinking Lavinia of the Tenth or other creatures with ETB effects, use your control tools until you did not take any damage for 5 rotations (obviously much easier to pull off in a 1vs1 setting).

Lavinia of the Tenth + Oracle en-Vec or Siren's Call = Boardwipe for all creatures with CMC 4 or less target opponent controls. An opponent may also decide not to attack with any of his creatures resolving the Oracle en-Vec trigger, which at least keeps you safe for a turn.

Jank Combo of the Day: Sudden Disappearance targeting yourself and floating at least + Dimensional Breach = Reset all opponents to turn 1 while you get to keep all your nonland permanents and re-trigger all ETB effects. Requires 13 Mana but is utterly devastating (and fun).

Ability Blink

Mirror Mockery, Voidwalk, Angel of Condemnation, Nephalia Smuggler, Galepowder Mage, and Mistmeadow Witch can trigger other creatures' ETB effects over and over again.

Blink me Please!!!

Sunblast Angel can be blinked to destroy all tapped creatures.

For single target removal you can blink Luminate Primordial, Quarry Colossus, Angel of Serenity, AEthersnipe, Dream Eater, or Nevermaker.

Archaeomancer gets your instant an sorceries back from the graveyard, while blinking Peregrine Drake gives you additional resources.

Mulldrifter, Cloudblazer, and Sphinx of Uthuun are your blinkable carddraw engine.

Blinking Stonehorn Dignitary means target opponent is unable to attack you.

Blinking Azor, the Lawbringer keeps you safe from instant and sorcery spells while having a Sphinx's Revelation printed on itself.

Blinking Angel of Finality is repeatable graveyard hate, while blinking Reflector Mage slows down your opponents.

Keep blinking Agent of Treachery for losing all your friends but controling a lot of cards you do not own and drawing cards for doing so.
