Cloudcrest Lake

Land

Tap: Add (White) or (Blue) to your mana pool. Cloudcrest Lake doesn't untap during your next untap step.

Ayoooo, kind of drunk, bud.

Alright, so a couple things jump out; foremost, Cloudcrest Lake is really, really bad. I would replace it with Arcane Sanctum. Actually, with such a low curve, you could even drop down to 37 lands, dropping a basic land.

With the freed up slot, I would suggest running another wrath, or piece of spot removal. The following are staples: Utter End, Anguished Unmaking, Path to Exile, and Day of Judgment or Merciless Eviction. Cleansing Nova is a sweet, new card as well. However, for your theme, Seal of Doom may be more fitting.

Seal of Doom and Seal of Cleansing become even better with some recursion, which is markedly absent. I can suggest, at least, Sun Titan and Auramancer.

While only relevant to auras, Bruna, Light of Alabaster, Nomad Mythmaker, and Retether are great.

Additionally, you could run Phyresis if you're feeling degenerate.

Concerning the mana base, you could run fewer Islands for more Plains. Of course, the deck would really appreciate more premium dual lands, but I understand they're expensive and not particularly exciting purchases.

Other than those points, the deck has a solid strategy, and should be frustrating to play against. Good job.

Neat deck! Very dynamic on a budget. Do you mean to have 3 copies of Cloudcrest Lake?

After seeing LeaPlath's comment, I have to agree. You really aren't getting much by playing black, except mana problems.

If you cut the black, you can replace those lands with more lands, which are:

So your final mana base would look something like:

4x Adarkar Wastes
4x Eldrazi Temple
4x Ghost Quarter
1x Island
4x Mystic Gate
3x Plains
1x Nimbus Maze

Temple of Enlightenment would be a good replacement for your Cloudcrest Lakes to get a bit more library manipulation.

I love this idea. +1. That said, I have a few suggestions:

Serum Visions seems like an obvious 4-of. I'd cut the Lens of Claritys and the one copy of Index for them.

Also, I think Dust Elemental could be a good backup creature to manifest. Plus, you can even cast it normally to bounce manifested cards you want in your hand.

Finally, Cloudcrest Lake is really bad. I'd change them out for more Glacial Fortresses or even more basic lands.

You're going to need some color fixing.

An-Havva Township, Aysen Abbey, Castle Sengir, Koskun Keep, Wizards' School, Cloudcrest Lake, Lantern-Lit Graveyard, Pinecrest Ridge, Tranquil Garden, and Waterveil Cavern are some quality dual/trilands you should definitely run.

Considering how many colorless cards you have, you might be able to get away with playing "slow-lands" for fixing (I'm not quite sure tho, but it could be Worth trying out) :Thalakos Lowlands/Cloudcrest Lake

Splashing Blue also lets you play cards like: Vedalken Engineer, Etherium Sculptor, Riddlesmith and Vedalken Infuser or even Filigree Sages for a very awkward way of generating infinite mana with Astral Cornucopia.

I'm not sure how good the Tectonic Edge is here, unless you run into "Tron" 24/7, could be Worth taking out for more consistency. Likewise the Radiant Fountain can be replaced with more solid mana (slow lands maybe? ;P) and something like Golden Urn

I'm certainly open to testing with Holdout Settlement, however Adarkar Wastes and Cloudcrest Lake are both not in standard currently.
