Doran, the Siege Tower is in my opinion the strongest Commander one can pick in the GWB archetype, he has 3CC swinging for a suedo 5 power, which keeps him relevant throughout the game, seeing it isnt a stretch to cast him multiple times. He is tough to burn off and her ability allows for unlikely characters become beaters!

Doran is a good shell for an expensive good stuff build seeing he is just a cheap costing commander and powerful but I figured if you build around him you can come up with a budget friendly list that still beats face without whomping your wallet with a 500 dollar competitive list!
