Palladia-Mors is a stand-in for the Cat Lord. The other 99 cards are official Magic cards.

Cat Lord's text is as follows:

Card Lord 1RGW 3/3 Legendary Creature - Cat Shaman Haste, first strike Cat Lord gets +1/+1 for each Cat card in your graveyard.

The basic question we must answer here is "how do we get a bunch of cats into the graveyard?" The main plan is to play our cats with most of their value on either ETB triggers or death triggers, store a couple of ways to save your guys, and repeatedly wrath the board. With all blockers dead, the Cat Lord is free to aggressively come in for 21.
