Goal 1 Mill out the table either one opponent at a time or with a synergy using "The Plumber Phenax, God of Deception " Here are some mention-able combo's assuming The Plumber is present.

Notion Thief + Jace's Archivist Plain Old Mean. Might as well throw Waste Not in the mix as well.

Undead Alchemist + Rite of Replication Mill the Table unless your Relay unlucky.

Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage Mill & Kill

Jace's Archivist + Waste Not Any of the mass discard & draw with Waste Not is Combotastic.

NOTE ABOUT UMBRAL MANTLE

Umbral Mantle + Phenax, God of Deception + Any Large toughness Creature, Works like this:

1. Attach Creature with Mantle on your turn

2. Instant speed Use the creature's ability to : Mill = Toughness granted by Phenax, God of Deception

3. In response to step #2 since the Creature has the ability of from Umbral Mantle you can activate the ability any time you could cast an instant. Use the ability grated to the creature by Mantle to untap it an buff it before the Tap to mill resolves from step 2.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 until you are out of manna. you will have multiple mill abilities on the stack looking at a supper Buff creature.

Or try this with Umbral Mantle on King Macar, the Gold-Cursed When the Plumber is out for good times.
