This is an ETB based Sneak Attack deck. Many interactions are due to the commander, but there are just a lot of mean red creatures you dont want to take damage from or have repeatable ETB triggers.

Unfortunately the way Bloaty is wrote, attacking based triggers dont resolve. Damage and ETB do though!

Some notable cards:

Blightsteel Colossus is good game if it can make 10 damage

Combat Celebrant and Aggravated Assault add more attacks and more triggers from Bloaty

Worldgorger Dragon resets all the ETB triggers, Flameshadow Conjuring or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with an ETB damage creature is infinite damage

Panharmonicon Double ETB triggers

Conjurer's Closet , Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , Helm of the Host to get an ETB trigger each turn from a creature on the board

Dolmen Gate to protect Bloaty when he is attacking and allows the creature to pop back to your hand at end step

Strionic Resonator for two creatures to ETB

Sneak Attack because its the theme of the commander and the deck

Warstorm Surge to speed the game up as every creature has ETB damage
