Budget Maelstrom Wanderer deck designed for beginners. I tried to keep it under $50 while still being capable enough to sit down at most EDH tables and hold its own. Maelstrom Wanderer provides absurd value when cast, and we want to maximize that by cascading into utility fatties like Sphinx of Uthuun. To get there, the deck runs a lot of ramp and is heavily green focused. This lets us fix our budget manabase easily with spells like Cultivate and Rampant Growth while working towards casting Wanderer.
