Purpose:

I love everything about Vendilion Clique, it has flash, it flies, it's a nontrivial clock, it's versatile, it's a faerie, but mostly because it's art is incredible. I wanted to make a deck with Clique at the helm and give it as many moving parts as I could as well as use Clique as much as humanly possible; I spent some time on gatherer as well as looking at other decks here on tapped out and I wound up deciding on bounce shenanigans. Part of my focus while constructing this deck was to create a list that I could take to sit down at any commander table (even just a 1v1) and not be totally outclassed but not totally outclass the rest of the table. I acknowledge that as is the deck wouldn't stand a shadows chance at a real cEDH table and I bring a hefty sideboard with it wherever I go so I can tighten it up if the need arises.

The Moving Parts:

Proactive Combos Show

1. Archaeomancer + Evacuation/Whelming Wave = Forever creature bounce
2. Palinchron + Panharmonicon/Caged Sun/Extraplanar Lens = Infinite mana (land colors)
3. Tidespout Tyrant + any 2: Mana Vault/Grim Monolith/Sol Ring = Infinite colorless mana + Gilded Lotus/Spectral Searchlight = Infinite colored mana (you or opponent)
4. Deadeye Navigator + Any ETB creature = Probably game over

Stax Combos (Synergies?) Show

1. Glen Elendra Archmage + Sage of Fables = : Counter target spell
2. Umbilicus/Blood Clock/(Cloudstone Curio + enchantment)/Words of Wind/(Tidespout Tyrant + spell)/Venser, Shaper Savant/Vedalken Mastermind/Capsize + Arcane Laboratory = 1 way Arcane Laboratory
3. Tidespout Tyrant/Capsize/(Words of Wind + instant speed draw)/Venser, Shaper Savant/Vedalken Mastermind + Stasis = 1 way Stasis
4. Oboro, Palace in the Clouds/Capsize/Words of Wind/Venser, Shaper Savant/Vedalken Mastermind + Quicksilver Fountain = Everyone gets to experience the joy of playing mono blue the rest of the game
5. Umbilicus/Blood Clock/Words of Wind + Any ETB creature (namely the Vendilion Clique girls) = Beneficial self-bounce --- note: this also works for opponents so counter or steal their ETBs

Suggestions:

I am aware that Vendilion Clique isn't the best head of mono blue stax. I know mono blue stax isn't the best plan in the first place. I know Vendilion Clique isn't the best in multiplayer. The suggestions I am really looking for are those that can streamline the constant bounce shenanigans already present but most any suggestion is welcome. If you could suggest a card AS WELL AS the card to replace with it that would be awesome but isn't neccesary. Also, budget is not an issue; suggest The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale if you want. Main things I'm looking for:

1. A more efficient & reliable draw package/engine
2. Incidental bounce value
