It's white, and now my stuff is protected from white.

Let's be honest, mono-white is rough in commander. We take a stab at a couple mono-white decks in the below linked episode of the Legendary Creature Podcast.

This deck aims to resolve already fairly resilient permanents onto the battlefield. Then, keep them in play using Eight-and-a-Half-Tails' ability to keep those permanents in play.

You will be holding up mana in anticipation of removal or attacking creatures. In the event you don't need to activate our commander's ability.. sink the mana you held up into mana sinks I find that finding a mana sink is the best way to eek out advantage over the course of the game. My first picks would be Vedalken Orrery then the unreal Luminarch Ascension.

Eventually you will need to bring the pain, Strata Scythe and Sword of Feast and Famine and Umezawa's Jitte accomplish this for you.

some ideas for the deck, maybe try to get Land Tax and Scroll Rack. These two are great, but together they make for a clever draw engine this deck (all mono white decks that arn't sram) really needs. Additionally, this deck will get mana hungry really quick, thinking about better ramp is probably a good idea if any thing needs to be cut from the list it would say needs to be replaced with ramp.
