Gonna need that memo copied and signed in triplicate.

Orvar is a fantastic new legendary for anyone who loves the copy mechanic. Being able to target any permanent on your board makes him wildly versatile, allowing for many different and diverse builds. I decided to go for a more creature centric build myself, as most of the targeting cantrips I had access to involved creatures. Main win-cons include Scourge of Fleets and Stormsurge Kraken. Both can easily control the flow of battle on the board and swing in for big damage w/ a couple of copies. Most of the other creatures are chosen for their solid ETB triggers or static effects that work well when stacking up copies. Notable inclusion w/ Keiga, the Tide Star. Very fun to copy, sac to the legend rule, basically steal any creature for 1 or 2 mana.

This deck definitely has much room for upgrades, but works incredibly well at a casual 6-7 power range, and is a blast to pilot. Any comments or constructive criticism is welcome! Always looking to tweak and improve my builds.
