Maybeboard

Oathbreaker deck build around Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner and Gush.

Kiora is very strong, as its cheap, has high loyalty, has card draw and ramp in one card. The untap ability is amazing when you untap stuff like Grim Monolith, Gaea's Cradle or even Sakura-Tribe Scout.

The ideal game plan goes something like this:

  • Turn 1 - Mana dork or Exploration.
  • Turn 2 - Cast Kiora, untap a land, cast blue cantrip or another dork or hold up for a counterspell.
  • Turn 3 - Start playing 4 power creatures and drawing cards.

If you get low on cards or begin to stall, cast Gush. Gush is an incredibly powerful spell (banned in Legacy) and cards that allow you to play additional lands will make Gush pretty nuts.

Mana base includes all the fetchlands because of Brainstorm, Rampaging Baloths and Titania, the latter two with Kiora in play can pump a steady stream of big creatures while drawing you cards. Included are many low cmc 4 power creatures so the deck can "go off" and put a huge amount of power on the board in the early turns. Its a very "engine" type of deck: drawing cards, untapping stuff, bouncing lands, playing lands, playing big dudes, while holding up some protection for it all.

Winter Orb may seem out of place, but the mana dorks, bouncing of lands, and untap ability of Kiora can help you break parity on it, even without a way to tap it.
