Hi! this is a first draft for a controlish casual Gavi deck. It aims to chain turns out by flickering Wormfang Manta with Astral Slide or Astral Drift. It can also just cycle Decree of Annihilation for 0 out of nowhere, which is quite nice when combined with Boros Charm.

Until then, it generates value with various draw engines. Particularly nice between them is Ephara, God of the Polis, because if you get a Gavi trigger, it means a guaranteed Ephara Trigger on the following turn, which combined with any draw effect means another dino cat, and so on. They work very well together.

Another mean thing to do is combining Decree of Silence with Auramancer or Monk Idealist and an astral enchantment for a repeatable, free, cantripping, difficult to interact with counterspell.

Or just cast the Decree of Silence with a Solemnity on play and lock your opponents out of ever casting a spell.

The deck also packs several instants that draw two or more cards by themselves, like Brainstorm or Thrill of Possibility, to trigger Gavi without help of any other draw engine.
