The idea of the build is to turbo out Braids alongside lots of cantripping perms which break parity on her effect. For this purpose the deck primarily uses artifacts with LTB/hits-the-yard triggers like Experimental Synthesizer or Prized Statue, while Rags himself can also (hopefully) generate a permanent every turn. The deck then looks to leverage this early disruption either into an overwhelmingly staxxed out boardstate where we win 'fairly' with something like saga constructs, otherwise we try to execute a finishing combo such as Worldgorger Dragon + Necromancy + an ETB like Charming Scoundrel, an Underworld BreachGC line--which in Rakdos probably looks like Lion's Eye DiamondGC+Wheel of Fortune+Orcish BowmastersGC, or finally we have the Opposition AgentGC+Maralen of the Mornsong lock to steal opponents' wincons as well as Basalt Monolith+Mesmeric Orb to dump our library (mostly to enable WGD reanimation but also relevant if we can steal a Thassa's).
