Dimir based deck making use of both the Surveil mechanic and the Recursion caused by Mirko, Obsessive Theorist to bring out Etrata, the Silencer as quickly as possible. May add in Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Laboratory Maniac for alternative win cons.

If anyone has any suggestions (that don't break the bank) I would be happy to hear them. Anything that should be swapped for something else would be useful.
