About the deck

The main goal of this deck is to kill my opponents with commander damage. It is achived by exiling cards either by casting Horrors, or by exiling their graveyard after I made them mill a ton of cards. In my own meta, compared to the rest, this deck dosen't seem very high powered, and my own restrictions - like only having Horror creatures - obviously don't really help. It's win condition can be hard to pull off, but I feel it is still a very fun deck - and my personnal favorite. Spoiler though, it might not be as fun for your opponents;)

About the way in which i classified the cards

Many of the cards are in multiple categories, and could have been in even more. For exemple, I didn't put a lot of the non-basic lands in specific categories, because i feared it would become too convoluted. Even with that in mind, I still wanted to breakup the deck in multiple small categories to showcase it's versatility - which is to me one of it's main strenghts. Another exemple of that are cards like Copy Artifact and Grell Philosopher. I didn't put these cards in the Ramp category, but in most games they absolutely act as ramp cards - which is why I opted to put them in the Versatility/Others category. Alot of cards in the removal and counterspell section also double up as small exile for the commander.

Additional notes

I feel it's important to note that the deck's displayed price is quite deciving. Most of the price tag comes from Copy Artifact, Underground Sea, and Transmute Artifact. The only reason cards like these are in the deck is because I like them and already had them in my collection. They are far far FAR from necessary in an Umbris, Fear Manifest build. Alot of the cards in this deck are from the Mind Flayarrrs precon, and thus are still very budget-friendly.
