Feather heard her name being called, helping guide her out of a ghostly realm and back into the world she had known. As the pocket of reality broke around her, she dived towards the voice. The voice of a dying man, lying amongst the rubble in the aftermath of battle between a mad lord magus and a baroness.

Struggling to fly faster, she saw she would not reach him in time. As he closed his eyes to emrbace oblivion, she screamed his name. She had been too late to save her friend Agrus, and the weight of the world closed around her.

I've been waiting a long time for this card. Feather was one of my favorite characters in the original Ravnica novels, and I was so excited when this card was spoiled. On top of her being a card at all, which I would have built a deck for no matter if she was a W 1/1 with skulk, having her be a good card to boot was something special. Finally, a Boros commander with straight up advantage.

10 plus years. Finally, we can rain fire on our enemies, as was always intended.
