A Surgeon General Commander deck with the express purpose of turning your creatures into abominations, both in form and function, by exploiting the rules nightmare that is the mutate mechanic. I have not played this deck, and I imagine that it is extremely difficult to do so, but, hypothetically, it should be playable. (This deck makes use of various silver-border and otherwise non-competitive cards in order to make full use an the inanity available to determined players)
