Oh, I apologize. I jumped the gun on this one with a reply. Okay, go to the artwork of Chittering Host  ^{Meld  Meld}. Move to the head of the creature. Move to their right shoulder (we are panning to the left of them). See the little fire that is on their shoulder?

Okay, good. Keep moving left.

Do you see the parting in the fog? It roughly looks like an elongated diamond?

It also looks like Em's shape, doesn't it?

I'd say that this is the artists depiction of her. More of an homage to her presence; the psychological factor, really. Warping even the very way fog resides.

Technically the object "Chittering Host  ^{Meld  Meld}" isn't on the battlefield, so I guess you aren't required to give any information. Though... it seems unsportsmanlike to me.

@landofMordor: Well, would it? Also, I put both Meld duos in the deck in case they're needed. But I still have one last question to ask: What can bypass the "You Lose the Game" Clause in Boros' colors besides Sundial of the Infinite? Also, I found spot removal compatable for Sunforger for everything but Planeswalkers. I wonder why...

Finally, how good are Brisela, Voice of Nightmares, & Hanweir, the Writhing Township? Wish I could ask about Graf Rats, Midnight Scavengers, & Chittering Host... Not in Boros' Colors unfortunately...

I am building a Grusilda Un-EDH deck and I have some questions.

1. If I used Grusilda to combine a Graf Rats and a Midnight Scavengers, could they still meld into a Chittering Host?

2. If one half of a combination can transform and does so, what happens to the combination.

3. If both halves can transform and one does so, do both halves transform and it becomes a combination of their other sides?

4. If one half melds with another creature and does so, what happens with the combination?

5. If one half of a combination belongs to an opponent who leaves the game, what becomes of the remaining half?

6. If a combination is exiled and returned to the battlefield due to a card like Seal Away or Otherworldly Journey, what happens with the combination?

7. The wording of Grusilda implies that the combination has two separate names and mana costs. Is this correct?

Graf Rats+Midnight Scavengers = Chittering Host

you also have all the other nezumi but not Nezumi Shortfang

if you need more board sweepers Crypt Rats and Infected Vermin could be choices that fit the theme.

Okiba-Gang Shinobi, Rancid Rats, Sinuous Vermin, Dirty Wererat can replace other vanilla rats like Gutter Skulk, Muck Rats, Drainpipe Vermin

Too fun!

I know the deck can go SUPER-wide, but some evasion might be nice in the sideboard for Game 2 (after you get Surgical Extractioned). Maybe Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Funeral Charm? Or if you want to go for maximum jank: Graf Rats + Midnight Scavengers = Chittering Host.

So, if i make copies of two Meld cards, say Midnight Scavengers and Graf Rats, using Clone Legion, would they turn into Chittering Host? Or would they just be exiled?

A cool addition or idea could be to include Graf Rats and Midnight Scavengers (Flipping to Chittering Host) for the sheer strength that could be possible with the menace state. It may be a cool idea to go alongside a HUGE army of pack rats and relentless rats. Love the overall idea though!
