Poisoned gifts commander. Tried to balance between fun gift cards and things that are actually playable when Blim can't touch people.

For opening hands I think you'll want 2+ lands and at least one of the following: 1 constant gift maker, 2 non-constant gifts, or 1 draw source. The purpose is to hopefully cast Blim at least on-curve and then be able to get at least one gift out on each subsequent turn so that you can attack with him comfortably.

When an opponent loses, they'll rudely return all the gifts you give them. This can obviously be very nasty, so plan accordingly; I suggest spreading the love among multiple players. (Especially since some gifts lets the controller sacrifice other gifts as a "drawback". Somewhat similarly, your opponents may make deals with one another to kill each other's creature gifts trough combat.)

Understandably, people will tend to attack you with gifted creatures, so the deck runs a number of combat-limiting cards like Smoke and Silent Arbiter to put a limit on things. Tokens makers help with chump blocking too. (And creatures blocked by Goblin Cadets remain blocked after the Cadets defect.)

Name Imp for Cover of Darkness; Blim will still be scary even if you give it away.

Tokens are owned by their creator, so Akroan Horse Soldiers will not contribute to Blim's ability. (The ones you create still make good gift fooder tho.)

Enchant Blim with Oni Possession or Vampirism then donate the Aura; Blim will still benefit while your opponent will have to pay the price. (Although watch out so that Vampirism doesn't nuke e.g. Bazaar Trader. Also, note that Blim is getting boosted by the controller's creatures and not necessarily yours. Finally, yes, you're still the one who gets the delayed draw even if you've given it away on the same turn.)

Staff of Compleation lets you get rid of problematic ungiven gifts (like a ripe Demonic Pact with a removed Blim) or downright kill someone trough Nefarious Lich. With the Lich or Forbidden Crypt you can also kill someone with graveyard hate from Bojuka Bog or Rakdos Charm. (You can also conspire with someone else if you don't have graveyard hate at hand). Note that you WILL get the Lich/Crypt back if you kill someone this way! (Pro tip: if you got the Crypt, pseudo-draw Rakdos Charm from your graveyard so that you can kill someone again.) On a lighter note, you'll also get Demonic Pact back if it kills someone... but since all its modes are used up by then, it does nothing.

Gift something before you cast Dockside Extortionist for an extra Treasure! (Then gift him on the turn after.)

Even if you're out of proper gifts, you can attack someone you've stuck Curse of Disturbance onto, create a Zombie token, then gift it once Blim deals combat damage.

Bazaar Trader can gift itself if you really want to.

Blim's gifting trigger is unfortunately not a "may", so if you're out of gifts (including tokens) and you want to deal damage with him you'll likely have to resort to ramping your opponent with a land. Also! It's each player so make note if you're involved in a Custody Battle or have recently purchased a Gilded Drake.
