My playgroup had the idea of making decks from less used commanders (based off of EDHREC rankings, but I was never told what the cutoff was), and build the decks for $40 or less before tax and shipping, not including basic lands. I always found God-Eternal Oketra to be super interesting when I pulled one, but not enough to make a fully invested deck. I saw her ranking on EDHREC, and thought this would be the perfect opportunity!

This is the initial draft of the deck, and it has undergone no playtesting yet. I hope to start scouring my local LGSs for the cards, as the shipping on the lot is enormous haha.

The idea of the deck is to cast as many creature spells as possible and go wide with the zombie tokens. I have a helping of small creatures that return permanents to my hand to generate the tokens. Right now I am considering the cards in the maybeboard as potential finishers or simply powerful creatures. My fear is the current iteration of the deck lacks power outside of the token army.

Any suggestions would be great appreciated! White is the color I know least about, and budgeting decks even more so. Thanks!
