This deck is still very much a work in progress! However, I wanted to try and make a Mill/Control Themed EDH deck and decided to jump right. Basing this largely off an older deck I have.

The win conditions here are mostly tied combos such as Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage (or Bloodchief Ascension if it gets off). However you can still quickly mill opponents out with Phenax, God of Deception (or Altar of Dementia, even both if you're feeling spicy) + Consuming Aberration. There are plenty of ways to mill people quickly in this deck, along with the control elements to keep people in check while you build your board.
