Obviously, EDH tends to be a very creature-heavy format. There are simply so many good creatures to play with, and more exciting ones come out with every new set. In looking at the decks I run, and those of my local meta, I noticed a huge reliance on creatures, so I decided to put together a deck that doesn't have any aside from the commander. In fact, I picked Skeleton Ship in order to follow this theme. If I have to have one creature, at least it's literally just a boat. Its ability is irrelevant as I'm not ever going to play it. Well, almost never. We'll get to that.

Deck Goals:

• Play no creatures. This also means no cards that make creature tokens or steal other players' creatures.
• Get rid of everyone else's creatures so that I don't just die of combat damage in a couple of turns.
• Still retain some kind of win condition. This is the most difficult goal, unfortunately.
• Try to keep the cost down to a couple hundred dollars at most. I have several of the cards already, and some that I've added to the list are relatively expensive, so I've tried to use some budget alternatives in a few places, and I will probably downgrade things like the land base initially.

As currently put together, the win conditions mostly consist of incremental damage that our opponents accrue by playing with creatures, attacking with creatures, and discarding a bunch of cards. It doesn't have a bunch of combos as much as synergy with things like liliana's caress + megrim + vicious rumors + syphon mind. The oddballs are Mechanized Production + Prototype Portal + Revel in Riches . I figure that I can make a bunch of artifacts, be it copying treasures or something else like a mana rock. There's also Proteus Staff, which I can use to stack my entire deck if I ever play the commander. Alternatively, I may cut it in the interest of having literally no reason to ever play my commander.

Any suggestions?

I may have gone too far into some parts of the theme. I've also toyed with the idea of making this a creatureless infect deck using cards like Decimator Web + Relic Putrescence + Virulent Wound and any proliferate cards. Those three may well be the only three though, so this is almost definitely a bad idea, despite how funny it would be.
