The primary tactic is to use discard, self mill, and tutor to graveyards to get big spells like Breach the Multiverse, Army of the Damned, Ghastly Conscription and Wake the Dragon into the graveyard for resurrection as a 3/3 before giving those creatures evasion (shadow, fear, intimidation, menace, unblockable etc) and getting hits in with them to tax evade free casts.

What's particularly nice about them is that they are colourless, costless, nameless etc just the same as any facedown cards with morph are giving major advantages for abilities like intimidate, where the only way they can be blocked is with artifacts.

Sideboard the board wipes in exchange for the randomization cards to become more dangerous/less fun.

Attempted to create a deck which has a lot of natural combos but some key cards to call out aside from the obvious gimmick are:

Magar of the Magic Strings + Void Maw Magar's exile effect to exile his creatures can be overwritten with void maw's replacement effect allowing them to go to graveyard for resurrection again!

Coronation of Chaos + Magar of the Magic Strings or Disrupt Decorum + Magar of the Magic Strings are both able to give you permanent goading on opponents creatures unless they have vigilance as they will tap out, get hit for the cast, then tap out again.
