There may come a day when Wizards actually prints a good flicker commander in mono-white, but it is not this day. Until then, Eight-and-a-Half-Tails works fairly well as a commander, offering repeatable protection for your important combo or value pieces, something very important in a mono-white deck where value can be hard to come by. The basic plan of the deck is to ramp, draw and control the board until you can get to one of the infinite combos and kill your opponents. These are Karmic Guide + either Fiend Hunter , Reveillark or Lumbering Battlement + Blasting Station or Karmic Guide + Reveillark + Triskelion + any Sacrifice outlet.
