Enchant creature or Vehicle
Enchanted permanent is a Vehicle artifact with crew 5 and it loses all other card types. (It's not a creature unless it's crewed. It has "Tap any number of other creatures you control with total power 5 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)

This is an invested list. I'm foremost, super happy to see this level of understanding. I'll explain myself with a question.
Do you feel like there's just an insurmountable amount of cards that NEVER stand the chance to see play in EDH? For one reason or another, cards that fundamentally don't belong in a traditionally built format like EDH, where one of everything. Well?
Cards like this, and for example, Doubling Chant, Echoing Courage, and the like are very explosive, unheard of, and wouldn't be of use otherwise.. if not for Hare Apparent.
My commentary is mostly gonna be brief because I see you stand on your bidness and perform well, but in a few bullet points..
-
put Pearl Medallion back in, you'll like feel better with around 32 or 33 copies of the Hare Apparent. It's a numbers game when you're going to overwhelm like this, pun not intended.
-
I really appreciate your sense of proper, consistent play. The blink effects are cool, so maybe slot Ephemerate, and other spells like that.
-
You have next to no Instants in the deck, so a lot of what's happening is just ignoring removal/spot removal. Maybe include things like Get Lost, Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Swift Reconfiguration, Shelter, etc.
-
I respect and see what you're going for here, and have decks similar in design and heads pace. I really like decks with large numbers like that! A very specific and curious concept, no matter what colors you're using. I'm gonna insert deck tags for my comment so you can go find the lists.
-
the first one is more stax focused (Ursavus) and happens to be really particular about it's execution- it happened to be a lot of fun in play testing.

Mirri's Guile - great card selection at the cheap rate we want to keep churning through the deck with the engine in the CZ.
Swift Reconfiguration - instant speed enchantment removal that also removes from combat.
All That Glitters - wins games.
Blind Obedience - plays to the game plan and offers an alternate win condition.
Kenrith's Transformation - Similar to making it a bug, we can turn our friends' commanders into something useless, and it gets us an extra draw.
Hallowed Haunting - a better win condition than Approach of the Second Sun for an enchantress deck, imo.
Privileged Position - pair with Greater Auramancy for some fun.
Sigil of the Empty Throne - also a better win con than Approach, imo.
Sythis was the very first deck I ever built in Selesnya and I absolutely love her! She's one of my favorite decks. Feel free to check mine out, if you'd like- Hand of Sythis

Oh, and it may seem a little weird but I really love targeted removal in EDH. One of my favorite things in a game is to look around the table, assess threats, and have lots of flexible answers. Cards like
Actually, yep, Tragic Slip is definitely my pet removal spell : ) It's always the best card in my hand, it just depends on when it gets used.
I guess part of it is that when I used to play board sweepers it always felt so uninteractive. So many games became, somebody doing a combo, does anyone have Cyclonic Rift? And that's so chance dependent that it feels unfun, to me at least. I like target removal because they always have a target, so I can play enough of them to always have some answer, and then it's on me if I don't save it for the correct threat.

Light-Paws, Emperor's Tutor

Now that's a lot of enchantments : ) I haven't played Light-Paws so I'm sure you have a much better idea, but here are a few I've found really great in an enchant deck:
Swift Reconfiguration is almost my go to lockdown enchantment. Crew 5 is just brutal : )
Prison Term is a lot like some of your enchants with a nice ability to move around the table
Moon-Blessed Cleric one of those cards I was like, eh I've got it, lets see how it does, and it has overperformed for sure. It's similar to Heliod's Pilgrim which is also great, but so nice that it hits all enchantments.
Looks like an awesome build, and I might test it out on here. Light-Paws seems like such an awesome commander and there's a lot of fun in here.

IN:
As previously mentioned, this card is nuts.
double wammy of helping us get in for damage or protecting our key pieces from removal
1 mana ultra flexible spell. Protect your piece from a creature removal or board wipe. Blank a single attacker by removing it from combat. If you haven't tried it already, try this card. It will save your ass.
Need card draw, its as simple as that.
There's usually a card in my hand that I dont mind discarding to draw 2. This deck naturally wants to get through for damage, but if this underperforms I could see it getting cut.
Rare example of an innocuous card that impresssed me in draft that I want to try in constructed play. 1 mana protection for a key piece, which then gives you a solid flying body that helps smaller threats stay relevant in the mid- to late-game. 2-for-1 that fits the theme.
This is the best extra combat spell available, and its not close. There's a handful of attack-based treasure token creators in the deck, so this can go infinite/semi infinite with relative ease.
I've always thought this card looked sick, so I'm testing it. Not super psyched about giving my opponents blockers, but here we are.
This deck draws a LOT of ire at the table once it gets going. I have found that the lifegain on Mishra, Claimed by Gix Meld has been an allstar if I'm racing other aggressive decks, so I want to add another effect that can help. Shadowspear also adds utility as this deck is a bit low on trample, and the hexproof/indestructible silver bullet is bound to come up.
OUT:
Moraug, Fury of Akoum, Port Razer, and Response / Resurgence
I am an extra combats enjoyer. That being said, these particular effects seem clunky after testing. Port Razer needs haste enabling and evasion in order to unlock its full potential, which is a high bar to clear for a 5 drop (and if I have those things ready, I'm probably already in a good position). Moroug is a tougher cut, but this deck just simply isn't built to take full advantage of repeated land ETB. Response//Resurgence was the hardest cut, and might be coming back in the future; the flexibility has been excellent in testing.
This was by far my worst card in terms of ceiling-to-floor ratio. High end was having this plus a sac outlet and a ton of tokens. Low end was 4 mana for a 1/4. It feels too reliant on me drawing other specific pieces.
Company Commander + Myrel, Shield of Argive
The soldier tribal dream will live on, just not here. Both of these (in particular Myrel) are 4 drops that feel too slow without external setup
MOVED TO SIDE BOARD:
I have moved 3 cards to sideboard because I don't have the physical cards yet, and therefore haven't gotten to play test them yet:
-> Anger

I like the suggestions, I do wonder if humility would hurt me a little more then do good. I was thinking of this card but I do need my creature enchantments to gain me card draw or life. For card draw, I did want those, but they were all sold out around here. So I need to do some shopping online to purchase Rhystic Study.
I completely forgot about Darksteel Mutation so that would work as well and I believe I have one somewhere in another deck I don't use much anymore.
Other suggestions, what about cards like Swift Reconfiguration for one mana or Leyline Binding for removal. Other thoughts were Idyllic Tutor, Authority of the Consuls, Genju of the Realm, Mana Maze, Powerstone Minefield just to name a couple others I was thinking about.

Nice deck : ) I always really liked Firja and this looks like a really nice build for her.
My only suggestion might be to have more permanent based removal rather than instants and sorceries. I have a Bruna, the Fading Light Meld self mill deck and I found that things like Skyclave Apparition or Cast Out and Prison Term are more effective than Swords to Plowshares because they can come back to play and pick new targets, where swords is usually a dead milled card. And something like Spectral Steel can get back something like Swift Reconfiguration which can be super annoying to your opponents. Especially with Heliod's Pilgrim or Moon-Blessed Cleric to tutor removal, play removal, and then replay them off Hall of Heliod's Generosity or a similar effect.
But you would know a lot better than me how it plays : ) Just a suggestion because I play a similar strategy and had my deck change over time to fit the mill theme.

Okay. So, I think you should really lean into the control/combo shell. This deck could use combos like Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood, with some added redundancy in the forms of Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Marauding Blight-Priest, or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion to close out the game. In order to accomplish this, I think you should cut a ton of the creatures and really lean into board wipes, control spells, and resource denial.
Things like:
You could also do cute stuff like Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity, giving yourself time to wipe the board again or go for the win with Peer into the Abyss. You should also consider taking a look at your mana base.
I'd suggest going for some fetches, checks, and shocks like:
You also have way too many plains right now. Even before you get the lands I just named, you should cut 6 Plains for 4 Swamp and 2 Island.
I know I've given you a lot of suggestions. I think if you tried putting a list together with all the cards I named, plus some of the bangers from your current list and you'd have a badass deck! Don't worry about trying to do all that right now, though. See which look most appealing/are in your price range and add those first. A lot of these should be long term goals!
Don't tell Rett I gave you so many suggestions XD
