I have started looking into brewing for commander, and Rosheen Meanderer was one of the first commanders to catch my eye. I wanted to focus on using as many X-costs as possible, meaning quite a bit of burn spells, but I also wanted to try and find creatures used to untap lands and ways to untap creatures, to abuse both Rosheen's ability and a few double lands. The "creature untappers" are mainly Act of Treason-like cards; you can target Rosheen with them and untap her, or you can target other player's stuff if need be.I also tried to make this deck a budget build (not quite sure what "budget" is considered for a typical commander deck"), so you don't see many of the standards (Sol Ring and the such). This deck comes out to be just under $65, with only two cards over $5. (Helix Pinnacle as an alternate win condition, and Aggravated Assault to untap Rosheen with excess mana. With enough land untappers, I might be able to go infinite with this, but I wouldn't count on it...)Thanks for looking, any assistance would be appreciated! Especially better ways to untap creatures and generate infinite mana on a budget!
