I'm horrible at building Simic but here's my take

At my local game shop, there is a league that we participate in where every now and then we buy a pack of dominaria and whichever legend we get out of the pack we build an EDH deck out of it, the only rule is that it has to be under $100.

This deck is based on the theme of having overwhelming card advantage by playing lands and a multitude of ramp card's like Explosive Vegetation and Nissa's Pilgrimage, and with the card draw have responses to whatever your opponents may have and eventually swing for lethal. This deck utilizes cards like Avenger of Zendikar+Beastmaster Ascension and other creatures that are big or can become big and swing for massive damage that you'll need to win.

Apparently, this deck is stupidly good at coming back into the game when brought down by various tribes and tribulations, with the life gain and card draw, all and all I'm pretty happy with it.
