This is a mono-blue Talrand, Sky Summoner EDH deck with a spellslinger aggro theme. The plan is to play a lot of 1-2 drop spells to gain card advantage and get value from them with cards like Talrand. A lot of the cards create tokens when you cast a spell: Talrand and Docent of Perfection make flying tokens. With all of these evasive tokens you'll be able to overrun your opponents and get through their defenses. To shutdown or delay opponents' win conditions, there's counterspells, bounces, and polymorph cards.
