Ikoria, the lair of the biggest and baddest creatures the multiverse has seen. Who better to pilot a deck than the apex predator of a land of behemoths, Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt! (along with other mutate creatures).

The goal of this deck is to get Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt to do what he does best and hunt, by making him massive and getting in for a ton of damage while cleaning up small enough creatures. We do this primarily through the mutate mechanic, having a bunch of creatures mutate onto our commander to not only repeat his ability but also gain other massive upsides.

The other big piece of the puzzle is to protect our giant cat monstrosity. Whether by mutating him onto protective creatures like Adanto Vanguard or Will-o'-the-Wisp, having other creatures to grant protection with Mother of Runes or Bastion Protector, or even just with the classic Lightning Greaves. This way there is less risk of an opponent just Murdering our Commander before it can attack.

So yeah, that's the deck. Make Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt massive, swing in for a bunch of damage and hopefully kill quickly. A very unconventional sort of voltron deck in a way.

Suggestions are Appriciated.

Also, I know infect is very good with Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt, but I do not like playing with infect personally so this is a infect-less list.
