I've taken consideration on the lands, and cutted 4 Fabled Passage for 1 Forest and 1 Plains. The other two were for Sunpetal GroveI would still leave 2 Unclaimed Territory just for early game mana fix.

About Regal Caracal and Cubwarden are there because they add more kitties with lifelink and boost them. And as there are only one of each, I hope they aren't an actual problem with Collected Company.

I've added some creature cards in the "Maybe" zone for 1 or 2 Heroic Intervention maybe.

I'm more of a dog person myself, but these felines look fierce though!

A few ideas for optimization:

  • Playing 4x Collected Company, I'd want ALL my creatures to be hits for it. Both Cubwarden and Regal Caracal seem very cuttable, making room for a few smaller cats.

  • Regal Caracal is great out of the sideboard against mono-red (and other aggro decks). Much more so than Leonin Warleader.

  • There are plenty of good dual lands in Pioneer, so Unclaimed Territory shouldn't be necessary. It makes your instants harder to cast and the abilities on your cats harder to activate. I'd play the full 4x Sunpetal Grove instead.

  • I know Fabled Passage helps thinning out your deck, but you're already fairly low on lands. With only 2 colors, you aren't in dire need of the fixing and any potential tapped land could hurt your tempo.

  • Heroic Intervention is a great sideboard card, but I probably wouldn't play all 4 copies in the main - more room for cats. Remember that Collected Company wants a very high density to be able to consistently hit 2 creatures.

-1 Kaheera, the Orphanguard, -1 Cubwarden +2 Feline Sovereign note this new cat lord is NOT Legendary. it does not give cats Vigilance. but gives a removal effect. and throws shit out of table XD... which seems great.

The answer is both cases is that the creature has no abilities.

Magic uses a system of layers to determine the characters of game objects, such as creatures. These layers are checked constantly throughout the game to determine what's what. In total, there are 7 layers. The first layer determines the copiable values of something. Mutate and Clone effects are about the only things that apply here. This is where a creature in a mutation pile will get its extra abilities from the cards that aren't on top. A few layers later, we get to layer 6. Ability-adding/removing effects do their thing here. This is where Oko, Thief of Crowns will remove the abilities of a mutation pile. Since that pile already has the abilities from its cards, all of those abilities are stripped.

Let's run through a quick example. You have a Cubwarden on top with a Gemrazer on the bottom. From layer 1, the creature with have all the abilities of the two creatures put together. When it gets Oko-ed, it will lose those abilities in layer 6 because its abilities were merged together several layers prior.

Layers are kind of confusing, so if you have more questions, just ask.

Quick side note, you said that you're a Modern player, you do know that Oko is banned in Modern, right? Just making sure.

I'm currently toying with removing some of the mutate creatures (Cubwarden, Dreamtail Heron. Cloudpiercer) in favor of bounce-able creatures like Glitterfang that allow me to recast Vadrok for her mutate ability multiple times. Any feedback there would be helpful.
