Great tutor targets: Dread Cacodemon for board wipes, any creature listed under Stax to slow down different deck types, any of the 2x damage sources to kill someone quick, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to protect your board state or even Knollspine Dragon to draw an outrageous amount of cards.

In case of Rakdos being hated on, and he will be, the curve isn't too high. Lots of 5-8 drops to hard cast in lieu of Rakdos to keep some momentum.
