A budget (total<$50 except for basics) control shell based partly on Ojutai's ability to be both a source of card advantage and also a win condition through commander damage. Runs enchantment and equipment that give vigilance, turning his conditional hexproof into regular hexproof. Bonus points if the enchantment bumps him up to 7 power (3-hit range). Happy for any suggestions, provided the card is either cheap (~$1 or less) or unusually strong for its price point. Mostly for use against other decks with the same price restrictions, but I'd like to make it as strong as possible.
