Apparently I need an infinite combo deck to be competitive, so here it is. A satisfying damage/draw combo with Laboratory Maniac for a quick victory. The combo is as follows: Niv Mizzet (guaranteed to be available, being your commander) and Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. Statistically, one out of five games, you will start with your win condition in hand, and with some Izzet tutors, there's no need to worry about the other four either.

This deck does not contain enough tutors to reliably tutor win conditions. If the opponent kills Laboratory Maniac, it may be difficult for you to win. Your opponents may kill you before you can combo off, this is normal. Do not use this deck in a one on one scenario. If you start to feel like adding combos to your other decks, stop using Niv-Mizzet, the Infinite Draw Combo and contact your doctor immediately.
