This is a stupid deck. The point of it is to durdle around and draw cards and play spells that screw with people until you get to your win condition, which consists of:

• getting nin out and protecc her with Darksteel Plate and Swiftfoot Boots to make her basically unkillable in most casual settings
• draw a shit ton of cards using nin on herself (darksteel plate indestructible) and playing something like Thought Vessel or Reliquary Tower to make sure that you dont discard all of your sweet, sweet loot
• by next turn you should have a shit ton of mana available, so play cards like Molten Psyche and Winds of Change to wheel through your deck until you get to either Psychosis Crawler or Psychic Corrosion, (or Sphinx's Tutelage, or locust god, basically things that put damage on the board when you draw) then play more non-discard wheel effects to shuffle your hand and draw a shit ton of cards with every spell
• so basically you should either mill all of your opponents, ping them to death, or mill out/ping a single person to death. Either way, you won the moral victory and hatred from everyone else you're playing with

This isn't an efficient deck. This isn't a perfect deck. If you think a card in this deck is useless and shouldn't be there, it probably is. If you think the deck is complete garbage and doesn't even deserve being manifested into cardboard, yeah I'd probably agree with you there.

But that isn't the point. Make whatever changes you want. Put your own spin on it. Keep making it more and more efficient until you've realized that you changed the deck into 100-card eldrazi tron. Good for you. In the end, it's just wizard poker.
