Putting 4 turtles in a deck is a bad idea because they aren't very good. I'm hoping Ikoria will get us some better Turtles. However, I did put 4 in here. Angler Turtle, Steelbane Hydra, Mistford River Turtle, and Thunderous Snapper. I tried to get them their iconic equipment too via Umezawa's Jitte, Staff of Nin, and Sword of Truth and Justice. There were no good nun-chuck options so I opted for a fourth equipment of Whispersilk Cloak.

As I picked turtles and equipment mt strategy began to take shape, make creatures un-blockable with the use of turtles, and whispersilk cloak thus triggering ninjitsu.
