Making this deck for my brother. Didn't want it to be insanely competitive (very casual meta) or costly so I left out the Eldrazi cards. In their place I chose a few good suspend targets that I thought would be far more fun and play into the instants and sorceries chosen as well. Really aimed to lean into the time travel theme as well and pick a few cards that really exemplified shifting reality. All advice/opinions welcome!
