Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Eldrazi R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn.

You can see them. They are somewhere there. Waiting in their sleep. And when they wake up - they will bring interplanar Chaos and destruction.

Prepare yourselves, though shall they spare no one.

Eldrazis Fhtagn

After finding Jhoira of the Ghitu , I was thinking what needs Suspend the most. Obvious answer - high mana cost cards. And what's more expensive, than Eldrazi? Hmm, I have no idea. And that's how the deck has been made. Few cards with "put on the battlefield", like Belbe's Portal or Quicksilver Amulet , few "without paying mana cost", like Omniscience , Sunbird's Invocation or Temporal Aperture and with enough mana rocks Planar Bridge or, of course Eye of Ugin .

Additionally, I like to play someone else's spells, so there is few stealing cards, like: Knowledge Exploitation or Reversal of Fortune .

I have spicied it up with some returning sorceries/instant cards, like Mystic Retrieval or Narset's Reversal .

Of course not to forget draw cards, but it's obvious in blue decks :)

And last and most important part - cards, that are taking off the time counters from suspended cards - imagine card:Omnisciense with Suspend 4 on turn 3 :) And then you have, for example Timecrafting and bang, t4 card:Omnisciense. And if not that, then maybe Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger ? And there is more removing time counters, like Clockspinning or Fury Charm or Timebender .

That do you think? Does the deck have a chance?

I am looking forward to see your feedback :)

Evacuation to pop off at instant speed right before your creatures come out of suspension might be loony.

Sneak Attack would be good if you do intend to steer away from Eldrazi.

I think more counterspells to assure your threats don't get interrupted is a must especially since this deck requires so much set up to get going. On that note, I'd then bring in Snapcaster Mage and possibly even Torrential Gearhulk since your sorceries have such high value. You might also consider Archaeomancer depending on how highly you value your instants/sorceries.

Counterspells I would recommend would be of course Force of Will, Counterspell, and I think you could even afford a Cryptic Command.

Chancellor of the Spires is a fun blue fatty, so is Diluvian Primordial, Sphinx Ambassador and as vanilla as Inkwell Leviathan might look, it is super hard to deal with. You could also consider the new card Arcane Artisan to cheat out fatties if Jhoira is uncastable. Also, Timebender could be nice here too.

In summary, I think the deck is very strong but could use some more support in the counterspell department, with a little spell recursion (Snapcaster, Torrential, etc). I would also consider throwing in a bit more mana rock ramp to assure you have enough mana if Jhoira is uncastable. Consider Mind Stone, Thought Vessel andCoalition Relic as the three more important ones, and possibly even Hedron Archive or Commander's Sphere.

I would also say think hard on Obliterate, Jokulhaups, and Decree of Annihilation. I personally think they are great win conditions, but can lead to a lot of the same lines of play which can make games repetitive. I definitely wouldn't say cut them all together because they're a valid strategy to pretty much every Jhoira deck, but play around with the numbers, maybe try out 2 or maybe just one so you're not relying too heavily on them. Just find what feels right.

To be honest if you have a few of All Is Dust you dont need to worry if creatures need to be blocked or are unblockable, once one of those nasty spells resolve when you have other spells suspended is where you usually either take the lead or cripple everyone.

Things I would cut...

Bearer of the Heavens, Veiling Oddity, Tromokratis, Timebender, Deep-Sea Kraken, maybe Jori En, Ruin Diver, Breaker of Armies, Colossus of Akros, Teleportal, Invoke the Firemind, Blustersquall, Psychic Spiral, and Mizzium Skin.

Also I noticed you don't have any tutors in the deck... I would look into those...

Hi, mate. Looks like you need help with the deck and I have some spare time so lets get to it.Firstly I think you have too many creatures, some of which don't have good synergy with the deck idea, mainly Flameblast Dragon, Jhoira's Timebug, Mercurial Chemister, Rift Elemental, Shivan Sand-Mage, Timebender. Some of those remove time counters but are just weak overall.I also don't like the wall cycle, the tempo gain from blocking a big creature is negligible in a multiplayer format and your wall still dies, I'd replace those too for say a Propaganda. Archivist can be replaced with Arcanis the Omnipotent same mana from jhoira, 2 more cards.

As for the spells Clockspinning, Fury Charm, Mana Leak and Timecrafting don't go enough to warrant a place in the deck and i think you should try to replace them with some kind of draw spells or counterspells without unless they play etc. Think Counterspell or Cancel

About the land base: Faerie Conclave, Looming Spires Soaring Seacliff are simply basic taplands that will slow you down immensely. Magosi, the Waterveil Shimmering Grotto Thespian's Stage don't do enough either. If you are solid on keeping Magosi, the Waterveil you need to add something to proliferate in order to get free counters instead of keep skipping turns. maybe Contagion Engine but it won't remove counters from suspended cards so its pretty much only for this 1 card.

For spot removal you can add Chaos Warp or maybe a Pongify for something especially nasty. Otherwise counter spells should be fine if someone targets you, and you should have the mana open anyway since you dont need to cast anything on your turn.

You can also add maybe 1-2 cards to protect jhoira from removal cost wise they go Swiftfoot Boots<Whispersilk Cloak<Lightning Greaves<Darksteel Plate

Lastly I'd put Drift of Phantasms just for the transmute ability to get Paradox Haze. Its one of my favorite cards and in your deck it will work wonders. Hope my advices will be of use to you and if you have any other questions feel free to ask. Cheers :)

My version of this deck is a lot different from yours so you might disagree with some of this, but here is what I would remove. Lay Claim just isn't worth the 7 mana, and it looks like you have a lot of stuff that accomplishes the same goal. Elixir of Immortality is probably in here for a particular match-up, right? Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and anything else with his last ability would probably accomplish this same goal. Jhoira's Timebug, Rift Elemental, Shivan Sand-Mage, Timebender, and Clockspinning are pretty slow. Generally, it's better to run cards which delay the game instead of time counter removal because they accomplish the same goal and are also usable when you're just behind. I'm not convinced Turn / Burn is really value, but I've also never tried it. In general, I think you have too many suspend targets and not enough ways to protect them or Jhoira herself. None of this is really meant as critisism; it looks like your deck is responding pretty directly to your playgroup, but if I were cutting that's where I'd cut.

A couple cards that come to mind here would be Timebender, Delay, and Dust of Moments. I like what you've got going on here so far. I'm also excited about As Foretold, looks like it could have some really cool interactions.
