Win cons that are the most feasible include:

Fling + Heroes' Bane (or Fling plus any large Hydra tbh).

Ulasht, the Hate Seed plus any large number of creatures, then having Furnace of Rath out to maximize the ability's damage.

Overwhelming Stampede + Triumph of the Hordes especially if you have one very large Hydra and tons of little saprolings

A ton of Saproling tokens to sacrifice to Ashnod's Altar plus Rosheen Meanderer plus the extra mana from Zendikar Resurgent and Xenagos, the Reveler to use on Enrage + Mage Slayer is the quickest way to easily eliminate one target if you have all the pieces in play.
