I'm doing Hapatra, and I'm not doing infect, because I like to consider myself a half-decent person.

So instead, Hapatra is going to take major advantage of some of the new Amonkhet cards that have the "downside" of putting -1/-1 counters on your creatures like Plague Belcher to give me SNAKES!

That plus general good -1/-1 stuff like Black Sun's Zenith and proliferators like Contagion Engine.
