Does it say double on it? Yeah I'll take it.

Gisela, Blade of Goldnight is really good. She doubles the power and toughness of all your creatures, and doubles your red spells. This stacks with effects like double-strike or Dictate of the Twin Gods. And these all stack together, too. Heartless Hidetsugu reads: kill all opponents with even life totals!

That's pretty much it, the rest of the deck is ramp and random stuff that benefits from doubling. Ramping into angels makes for a strong early-mid game (angels are pretty good by themselves). You can easily keep up with most creature based commander decks without even casting your commander. Often casting Gisela, Blade of Goldnight pre-combat can make you lethal that turn.

I don't really know what else to say. In EDH there are a lot of board wipes, which hurts a bit. But the deck has plenty of spells to keep you busy anyway. You do probably need creatures to win, though.
