hail hydra

I loved nylea in standard back in theros so I wanted her to be my commander in my return to edh. I havent played in a few years with my own deck so this is all new again to me but this deck can be played out in a single turn, later in the game.

The goal is to ramp and ramp hard. Ramp so that my late game becomes my mid game, ya dig. I will go through and list all the combos and win conditions over time, just way to much work to do it in one sitting.
