A care bear, group hug deck, with no real win con. Also on a pretty nice budget.

Let me start by saying I am unintentionally a very salty player. All of my friends like playing the game justto play, but I like playing to win and I get a little toxic. To try and shake that off, I built the cuddliest deck, with no real way to win. The goal is to just enable other decks by providing draw, ramp, buffs, and other benefits to others. Help everyone's deck do their thing and spread feel good vibes.
Atraxa is an interesting choice for group hug, to say the least. The original draft of the deck was 5-colored, using Kenrith, but I didn't like that his abilities required mana. Using him effectively would require more mana ramp, but good ramp costs money. None of the other WUBRG generals really lend themselves to the strategy, so I cut out red (the least used in the deck) and used Atraxa, Praetors' Voice for the simple reason of proliferate. You won't always need to cast Atraxa because not everyone uses +1/+1 counters, but when they do, she'll help them out.
As you may see, this deck only has two defenses built in: the Vow enchantments, which prevent creatures from attacking you, and the fact that people aren't going to want to kill you if you are useful. Neither of those are foolproof though, so I believe that the most effective strategy for staying in for the long haul is leveraging deals. When things get rough, start offering your help out at the price of your safety. As a last resort, if no one wants you around, bring out Atraxa and at least make it a challenge for them.
I am looking for small ways to improve the deck in a budget friendly way. Keep in mind that the deck has ZERO intention of winning. Every card, other than mana, is chosen specifically to help opponents. Any suggestions are appreciated. At the moment, I am looking for a place to slot Vorel of the Hull Clade.
