Zidantur Thanks for the +1! I'm not quite sure how to build quad-colour decks since there are so many cards to consider, but green has some great political/underrated cards; Fecundity is a great equalizer most of the time (although it benefits an aristocrats deck way more). Dubious Challenge is a card that I never heard of until recently that is surprisingly good, One with Nature is an underrated favourite of mine especially since you can enchant an opponent's creature and reap the benefits. Pattern of Rebirth is another card that I consider underrated, especially if you are planning on playing any creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder. Permeating Mass is hilarious IMO and it actually really makes your opponents afraid of attacking you (especially with their commander). Marchesa's Smuggler isn't green but it can definitely help get your commander in for damage. You could also run a lot of copy spells like Progenitor Mimic to make the game a bit more interesting. Brooding Saurian is a great political card if you aren't planning on running any steal spells, since most people like keeping their stuff. Dawnstrider is surprisingly underrated, especially since most of the time it simply prevents people from attacking you when they have a lot of power that could go your way. Finally, Hunted Troll is also a surprisingly good card and is on-theme.
If you want to go full-on group hug (which I wouldn't recommend, but is an option), you could go for stuff like Edric, Spymaster of Trest, Hunted Wumpus, Magus of the Vineyard, Shizuko, Caller of Autumn, Tempting Wurm, Veteran Explorer, Dictate of Karametra, Eladamri's Vineyard, Rites of Flourishing, Collective Voyage, New Frontiers or Weird Harvest. I wouldn't recommend these cards since the whole point of this deck was to move away from group hug while still being political, but you can consider them.
If you wanted to go for a non-group hug politics that still involves being nice, you could buff opponents' creatures with the vows (Vow of Flight for example) and double down with Evolutionary Escalation.
Anyways, I could get a lot of other things that you could do but I don't really want to overload you (especially when I'm kind of just wildly suggesting), but the ideas of these cards are good starting points. You honestly could just ignore all of them and go for green ramp and that would be fine as well, since green doesn't really have many "deal" cards. It's probably good to pick a number representing the amount of "silly" cards you want in the deck and stick with that though, since you don't want to go overboard just because you have another colour to work with.

I've looked at Hunted Wumpus and Tempting Wurm pretty hard in the past, Bxbx. The main problem I have with Hunted Wumpus is that it's a 6/6, and because of that it can be perceived as a threat. It's a good hug card, but that down side just scares me off.
Tempting Wurm has a bit of this problem too, but my main issue with the Wurm is that that I'm giving out so much card draw with this deck that if someone has a Reliquary Tower type effect on the field and the others don't, it's pretty much game over since they'll have a large hand full of cards to dump onto the battlefield.
I haven't really considered Spectral Searchlight before. I don't think it does quite enough to be worth a card slot. If it gave all opponents one mana of any color, it might be worth a closer look.

After a bunch of trades from you great people, I have a lot less cards I need to pseudo-complete my commander decks (as I believe they are never truly complete). Nevertheless, here are cards I need to complete-ish the 3 decks:
Gideon, Champion of Justice
Garruk, Apex Predator
Koth of the Hammer (prefer original art, will accept either)
Venser, the Sojourner (prefer original art, will accept either)
Full Art Foil Amonkhet/Hour Island, Forest, Mountain, Swamp
(Also need random fetches)
I am also willing to look at binders for filler/other wants if I have anything you would like.
I have my Binder and unlisted stuff if need be.

Thanks to everyone for your comments on my deck. I am so behind in responding though so let's see if I can catch up...
As for the suggestions, the two walls you suggested dankmim, have both been in the deck at some point, and Fog Bank still is, but I've come to realize that once people know that you're not any kind of threat, they pretty much leave you alone. Not that I should leave myself totally defenseless, that wouldn't be good, but I think that overdoing the pillow-fort aspect of the deck leaves me with fewer cards that actually do what the deck is intended to do.
DexRain, I bought a copy of Jace Beleren for the deck, but after giving it some thought, came to the conclusion that it is just too scary a card to be sitting on the battlefield ticking up with his ultimate staring people in the face, even if I never intend to use it. I'm giving out so much card draw that I always have to be conscience of how low everyone's libraries are getting, so if I'm worried about it, you know they are.
Those are all good suggestions, TheWallinator74 and I've considered all of them over time. With Ghirapur Orrery, the second ability, which kicks in when someone has no cards in hand, will just never happen since I'm giving out so much card draw, so the question has to be asked, is the first ability alone worth the 4 mana it cost to cast it?
Hunted Wumpus has the one time ETB effect which is okay but there again, is the one time effect worth the 4 mana? The main problem I have with the card though is that it is a 6/6, and big green stompy creatures can be seen as a threat.
Tempting Wurm has two problems. The first is that he is a 5/5 which can be threatening, but also if one person has a Reliquary Tower effect in play and the others don't, it would allow them to dump many more threats onto the battlefield than their opponents.
I thought about Weird Harvest too, but giving out card draw is one thing, allowing people to tutor up their combos is another, so I haven't included that one yet.
I didn't put Tempt with Glory in the deck earlier because I didn't think it did enough for the mana cost, but lately with all the hype surrounding the Atraxa, Praetors' Voice Commander deck, I'm even more reluctant to include it.
I do like Alliance of Arms and I have one. I'm not sure why it's not in here. Stay tuned, I may soon be including it.
