When I was first introduced to MTG in 2003, Arcanis the Omnipotent was the coolest-looking blue card ever. This deck is a nod to him being the least-dickish mono-blue commander. He just draws you cards.

Win-cons:

Slam you with an unblockable kraken/leviathan.

Overload Cyclonic Rift and slam you with everything.

Draw a ton of cards with Psychosis Crawler out (and possibly copy him for greater effect]].

Rite of Replication on Master of Waves.

Hinder your commander, proceed to counter all of your spells until you flip the table.

One of the most powerful cards in the deck: Trinket Mage. He fetches out Sol Ring and Sensei's Divining Top. If those are already out, he grabs Seat of the Synod. If all three are already out, he's a 2/2!

Draw cards. Win the game.

*Note: I made this deck before the alternate art Arcanis was announced in the Speed vs. Cunning Duel decks. Neat coincidence.
